The Laughing Cow® Plain 8P & 16P

Serves: 2 adults and 2 children



  • 5 wedges The Laughing Cow® cheese
  • 500g pizza dough
  • 4 cooked ham slices
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • Basil leaves, to serve



Smaller hands (children)

1. Roll the pizza dough out until 2 cm thick.

2. Using a wide glass or large cookie cutter, cut out 4 small circles from the dough.


Bigger hands (moms)

3. Spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce on each pizza circle.

4. Cut The Laughing Cow® wedges into smaller pieces.


Smaller hands (children)

5. Arrange a slice of ham over the tomato sauce and arrange The Laughing Cow® wedges and basil leaves over the ham.


Bigger hands (moms)

6. Cook the mini pizzas in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.


TIP: Use The Laughing Cow® wedges for the mouth and the eyes and 2 basil leaves for the moustache to create a face.



Serve this with a green salad.
