ROASTED TOMATO CHEESY TOAST

SHARE THIS RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 8 Laughing Cow Plain wedges
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- Fresh oregano to garnish
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- A pinch of sugar
PreparaTIOn:
- Cut the bread into slices and toast them.
- Rinse the tomatoes and cut them into wedge.
- Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and gently coat them with the olive oil, salt, sugar.
- Bake in the oven at 140 ºC until roasted.
- Unwrap and spread the cheese wedges onto the toasted bread.
- Place the roasted tomatoes on top of the cheesy toast.
- Finish with oregano, salt to taste and enjoy this scrumptious dish!
