Salmon and avocado toast

SHARE THIS RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 Laughing Cow Plaim or Light cheese wedges
- ½ avocado
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- A few green sprouts to garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
PreparaTIOn:
- Toast the 2 slices of bread.
- Mash the avocado.
- Once the bread has toasted, unwrap and spread a cheese wedge on each piece of toast.
- Then, add the mashed avocado on top of the cheesy toast.
- Next, layer the salmon on top
- Garnish with a few green sprouts.
- Add a little salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
