Ingredients:

• 2 wedges The Laughing Cow® cheese
• 1 Hot Cross Bun, cut in half
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• Berries (optional)

Method:

1. Toast each hot cross bun slice.
2. Mix The Laughing Cow® wedges and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Spread a tablespoon of the peanut butter and cheese mixture on each bun slice.
4. Top with berries and take a creamy bite!
